What is a Mobile Notary?
A Mobile Notary is a Notary Public that travels to you to perform Acts of service. Those acts are Acknowledgement in an Individual Capacity, Acknowledgement in a Representative Capacity, Verification upon Oath or Affirmation, Witness or Attesting a Signature, Certifying a Copy of a Document.
Do you have an office location?
No, My services are mobile, I come to you at your choice of location, some examples are your home, work, coffee shop ect.
How much are your services?
I charge a fee per act/signature plus a travel fee to your location. My travel fees start and finish at the intersection of Main and Broadway in Rogue River.
When are you available?
I am available between the hours of 8:30 am – 2pm on Monday – Thursday by phone text and email to schedule an appointment. I do offer urgent and emergency services upon request.
What area do you cover?
My primary server coverage is Josephine and Jackson County. Upon request I can travel anywhere in the state of Oregon.

What documents can a Notary Public notarize in the state of Oregon?

What are acceptable forms of identification?
There are three possible ways for a notary to verify the identity of a signer: personal knowledge, credible witness, or ID documents. Only one of these is necessary before performing the notarization; however, a notary may require an individual to provide additional information or identification credentials necessary to confirm the identity of the individual. A notary should accept a statutorily valid means of identification, unless there is a question of fraud or forgery.

Acceptable IDs: Government issued photo ID such as Driver’s License or State-issued ID Card, Military ID, Passport.

Credit/debit cards, employee IDs, or student IDs, Social Security cards, birth or marriage certificates, clibrary cards and temporary driver’s licenses can be used as supplemental identification but are not sufficient on their own.
